The Freddy Espinal Memorial Scholarship was created to honor the life and legacy of Freddy Espinal — a proud Peabody athlete, devoted teammate, and inspiring young man whose determination, kindness, and spirit touched everyone who knew him.

Our mission is to support Peabody High School student-athletes who demonstrate perseverance, leadership, and integrity, and who aspire to pursue higher education in the field of criminal justice. Through this scholarship, we strive to keep Freddy’s memory alive by helping young people follow their dreams, serve their communities, and carry forward his values both on and off the field.

Our vision is to empower future generations of student-athletes to learn, lead, and make a lasting difference — continuing Freddy’s legacy of strength, compassion, and purpose for years to come.

The Freddy Espinal Scholarship will be awarded to a PVMHS senior athlete who is pursuing a degree in criminal justice. He/She must demonstrate the qualities, values, and unrealized potential of Freddy Espinal. Please consider donating to this scholarship in his memory. Thank you - The Espinal Family
